Get Ready! Please wear comfy clothing, locate a spot where you have some space to move freely & rest comfortably, and see your screen. Yoga mat and props are welcome but not required. Blankets/towels and cushions can enhance floor work. Classes include standing, sitting, and lying down positions. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and tune-in to their own bodies and adjust accordingly. Bring curiosity and a sense of adventure!
