Reduce Stress, Improve Energy, Learn to Relax with Simple Mind-Body Practices

Join us for one or all three workshops, each under an hour, where we’ll share ancient traditions for modern day health & well-being.


Gentle movements and breathwork from the science of Yoga & Qigong (Chee Gong):

*Guided Relaxation  *Healing Movements  *Energizing & Relaxing Breathing Practices 

*Generating Positive Emotions for Building Resilience  *Cultivating Gratitude 

*Simple Mindfulness Practices for Anywhere, Anytime


  • Monday, January 18th - 12noon - 12:45pm
  • Wednesday, January 20th - 8pm - 8:45pm
  • Friday, January 22nd - 4pm - 4:45pm


Get Ready! Please wear comfy clothing, locate a spot where you have some space to move freely & rest comfortably, and see your screen. Yoga mat and props are welcome but not required. Blankets/towels and cushions can enhance floor work. Classes include standing, sitting, and lying down positions. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and tune-in to their own bodies and adjust accordingly. Bring curiosity and a sense of adventure!
