Focused sessions on topics like boundaries, burnout, or energy management. You'll leave with actionable takeaways to start implementing immediately.


You Will Learn

  • boundaries support healthy relationships with work and with others;
  • wellbeing is more than nutrition, movement, and sleep;
  • you have the permission to be human, and so does everyone else.

Explore the SPIRE model and the mind-body connection, with guided practices to help you integrate what you learn.


You Will Learn

  • SPIRE model for wholeperson well-being;
  • Mind-body connection to mind-body integration (includes a mindful movement and guided meditation practice);
  • Understanding strengths as “values in action”; mine a story from a time when you felt you were at your best; strengths spotting (in yourself and others!) and using your strengths, recognizing what’s going well.

2-Hour Workshop + 6 Week Online Course

Start with a foundation of wholebeing happiness, then deepen your understanding week by week with live sessions that include movement, meditation, and practical exercises.


You Will Learn

  • Week 1 class: quick review of the SPIRE model; sharing a best self/best classroom/best school experience through appreciative inquiry activity with a partner; strengths spotting, handout SPIRE check-in log (continue using it for homework)
  • Week 2 class: energy management; depleting and renewing situations worksheet; foundational HeartMath practices (HFB + Quick Coherence); practice Heart Focused Breathing
  • Week 3 class: taking in the good; noting small wins, what’s going well, what are you looking forward to, practicing gratitude (“good buddy” accountability partners to support an ongoing practice)
  • Week 4 class: feeling all the feels leads to greater happiness; permission to be human; happiness is an “inside job”
  • Week 5 class: putting it all together–what inSPIREs you? What might you aSPIRE to do? Positive priming, non-toxic positive people, giving yourself and others the permission to be human, recognizing the body’s intelligence, importance of rest and play, get out of your head and get into your heart.
